Shipping & Refund Policy

All customers please note when placing an order to be 100% sure of your delivery address - with name, house number and postcode. Please ensure the details on your amazon account are updated before confirming your order. Once the order is placed we cannot be held responsible for any changes that are needed as we would of already processed your order and therefore will not be able to change details or your address. 

When will I receive my order?

Standard deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days of an order being placed. You can track your parcel live by following the tracking number forwarded to you at the time of dispatch.

I need help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by The Wholesale Hub.

Returns & Refunds

Once goods are sold, we are able to offer a no-quibble 30-day return policy providing certain criteria are met. Such criteria could be that the item is faulty, has stopped working or is unwanted after receipt of placed order. We are happy to replace, refund or exchange goods in the 30-day period only. Within the 30-day period, the wholesale hub are happy to replace, refund or exchange a product providing there is a genuine reason established for said purpose. The wholesale hub would require that it has been purchased from them and a receipt/order needs to be enclosed with the returned item. In the event an exchange is required, there may be an extra price difference to pay and/or additional postage/courier fees applied which should be established between the wholesale hub and buyer at the time to avoid any disappointment. We would recommend that the proof of purchase is retained to ensure smoother transactions.

For health and safety purposes we are unable to accept returns of:

  • Fresh / disposable / perishable goods 
  • All food and drink 
  • Goods made to the customer's personal specifications

In the circumstance that a product is damaged, or an order is wrong - please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order with picture evidence clearly outlining the damage or incorrect item. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that the costs can be covered by The Wholesale Hub.

To avail a refund for a damaged product or returned item or exchange a faulty product, customer is requested to return it via a secured postal service to ensure safe delivery. Customer is responsible for the cost of postage of said item. We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. 

The 30 day return policy has been implemented as a goodwill gesture for our valued customers, whereas normal legal requirement under distance selling regulations for UK is a standard 14 day from the date of purchase of the goods.  

Under no circumstances will a refund be issued by The Wholesale Hub after this 30-day period from date of purchase.

Warranty policy after the 30 days:

Unfortunately, after the 30-day period, we are unable to assist on anything thereafter. Hence customers are requested to contact the appropriate manufacturer who are responsible for the warranty; be it replacement or refund. We cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will agree to a refund and/or replace the product. This would have to be established with the manufacturer directly.

Unwanted items:

Returns of unwanted products can only be refunded in the event that they have not been opened or used and in good condition and by prior advice and agreement. The Wholesale Hub may charge a handling fee of 20% of the purchase price. Unwanted returns must be returned within thirty days of purchase, and the postage fee to return the item to ourselves would need to be paid by the customer.
